The Planning Commission will hear both rezoning requests for Morgan Farms and Sockwell Corners (Agricultural Residential to Community Oriented Residential Development with several residential developments per acre) on Hwy 278 near Eastside High School in District 5 and another request in District 3 tonight at 7 PM at the Historic Courthouse on the Covington Square.

There have been no significant changes to the Morgan Farms and Sockwell Corners proposals since three months ago or last year.

I have less information about the District 3 development, but it proposes 216 multifamily units and commercial spaces on about 26 acres.
