REZ24-000001 (“Morgan Farms”) refers to the Rezoning Request for the Hwy 278 and Alcovy Crossing Drive intersection near Elks Club Road (approx. 94 acres). The Request is to change from Agricultural Residential (AR) and HC (Highway Commercial) to Community Oriented Residential Development – Planned Residential Commercial Development (C.O.R.D.- PRC).

REZ24-000002 (“Sockwell Corners”) refers to the Rezoning Request for Hwy 278 and GA 142 intersection/ round abouts (approx 158 acres). The Request is to change from AR to C.O.R.D. – PRC.
