Zoning Request Status: Pending
Members of the community are encouraged to attend the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioner meetings.
On February 27, 2024, at 7:00 PM the developers will propose a Zoning Change to the Planning Commission.
On March 5, 2024, at 7:30 PM the Board of Commissioners will hear the case for the Zoning request.

The image below is from the FLUM23-000007 request. The Character Areas were designated in the 2023 Comprehensive Plan published by the Board of Commissioners.

Concept Plan
The concept plan is a mix of #163 – 52′ wide lots, #40 – 72′ lots, #163 – 24′ wide townhomes, and #3 commercial properties. The proposed commercial area is 10.29 acres, and the proposed residential area is 83.49 acres. The math: 83.49 acres (divided by) 366 lots = 0.22 acres per lot. However, this is subject to change and could have more or different commercial properties if Zoning change is approved.
